Tenure
Each unit is to be let on a new lease for a period of 3 years. After the initial 6 months of the tenancy, the Tenant will be able to vacate their property subject to one month’s notice and the Landlord will be able to terminate a tenancy at 3 month’s notice. Assigning or sub-letting will not be permitted.

Rent
Single units: Approx. £6,500/annum.

Double units: Approx. £13,000/annum.

Deposit: A deposit equating to 3 months rent will be required in respect of each unit.
